Alexander Pushkarev
With overall more than 10 years of IT experience, Alexander is a self motivated lead development engineer in test with deep experience in development, test automation and testing. He also has hand-zone experience in team coordination, test and quality assurance process definition, defining test and QA strategy and managing test documentation. His major focus is to how influence development process itself in a way to minimize required investment into Quality Control activities and also how to optimize efforts vs. outcome in QA activities on a project in general.
In addition, Alexander has experience in mentoring and acting as a lecturer of company’s internal training, participating in scientific research in areas of software testing, automation, project management.
His professional interests areas includes developing and testing SOAP, REST and POX web-services, desktop UI applications, Web UI applications, embedded software, so literally any kind of software he can thinks of. Alexander enjoys moving to different areas in order to understand how the context affects QA strategy so he can effectively leads and coaches team to achieve project goals and company’s quality standards.

Some time ago Alexander completed master’s degree dissertation concentrated on organizational and psychological aspects of project management. And now he is planning to work on research related to test and quality assurance topic with the objective to identify ways of increasing QA effectiveness in Agile environment
